Discover the beauty of Sintra, the coast and Cascais during this tour.
Sintra is located just 30 minutes northwest of Lisbon on the magical mountain of the moon that spreads out to the coast.
Because of its microclimate it has always been the perfect hideaway for the court and the royal family. The lush vegetation makes a nice contrast with the colours of the buildings.
Here we can see many species of exotic trees coming from different parts of the world.
It is a town full of palaces, fine residences and history. Possibility to visit one of the palaces.
The westernmost point of continental Europe offers spectacular views of the coast.
Cascais is a very charming sea resort where the kings enjoyed spending the late summer but it was during the time of World War II a refuge place for statesmen, kings without a throne, nobel families and spies.
Let’s enjoy the views of the coast as we return to Lisbon.
This tour includes transportation in a mini van with capacity up to 6 people with air conditioned.
Suitable for people with mobility issues but inside visits to palaces require mobility and people have to be able to go up and down stairs. In case of mobility issues tour would have to be adjusted.
